worst dry cleaner ever! asked them to put in 2 pleats in my formal shirt (*A fold in cloth made by doubling the material upon itself and then pressing or stitching it into place).
they completely messed it up: they had to redo the stitches several times, completely destroying the fabric. They offered to dry clean the shirts, after admitting their mistake after 35 minutes of debating!!. But it only made it worse!
In the end, they refused to compensate me and didnt even refund the bill!! they basically destroyed two shirts, each worth £70,-.
My advice: dont ever go their!! because you know that they wont refund if THEY destroy your property!
