I have had no problems with this dry cleaner having used them for over a year. I find their pick up and drop off service extremely useful. They have a fantastic website, actually brings dry cleaning into the 21st century, I have only used it once to place an order for collection. But I found it simple to navigate through and use, also very informative.

Smaller dry cleaners can mean more personal service but not necessarily better in this case. They lost my clothes more than once, without informing me. I had to chase. 8 days late with one order and refused to tell me on phone that clothes were spoiled, staff gave me incorrect information and manager was disingenuous. Beware.
