I have been using heaven dry cleaners for over 4 years and have found them very efficient and courteous.the quality of their work, cleaning or alteration is excellent with reasonable prices. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I am their always customer. I have got used to brought several stuff for cleaning and always have been totally satisfied with their service/price. Definitely advisable place maintained with nice and friendly staff.

I've been using Heaven Dry Cleaners for just over 3 years now.

I have used, and am still using them EVERY week to get shirts and suits cleaned.

I have also used them a few times for repairs.

I have never had any reason to complain. Consistently great service and friendly staff. I highly recommend their services.

Please never use this dry cleaners. They lost my dry cleaning, initially accused me of already collecting it, even though I still had a ticket and only with a threat of a small claims court did they manage to re-find it.
Unprofessional, rude and the worst business model I have ever witnessed.

I took 5 pairs of unwashed raw denim jeans in to be dry cleaned. They ruined them. despite me asking them twice not to, they machine washed them - They even charged me for dry cleaning prices.

Replacement cost was approx £700. I was given £37.50 in complimentary dry cleaning as they were not properly insured. This just about covered what I paid to have them 'dry cleaned' in the first place.

The quality of service at this dry cleaner's has dropped off dramatically after the change of ownership/management.

The man behind the counter is extremely stand-offish and unhelpful (wouldn't recommend a way of cleaning/ refused to take on a bed throw when I asked for a 'gentle' mode of dry cleaning as the fabric was very delicate). Also hung up on me on the phone when I called to ask if he dry cleans vintage items. He seems overwhelmed with anything that's not a regular cotton shirt.

I will now be going to the dry cleaners on Camden High Street, even if it means the extra walk. Shame! Cause this was a great little shop when still run by the oriental lady a while back.
