London Quality Dry Cleaners

Can anybody help?
London Quality dry cleaners seem to have shut down but they still have my very expensive dress. I’d really like it back. I’ve paid for the cleaning and dying but have not had it returned. Where will my dress have gone? The man who I was dealing with just stopped answering his phone and responding to my emails.

Unbelievable. I went there with my cousin although reading some negative reviews. And unfortunately for me :( I can confirm. Avoid! The wash result was horrific. The dress was not ironed. When there a lady arrived to complain about her shirt. Apparently this is a custom!

What to say? Maybe a way to improve would be to change the owners! Totally rude! Lost an item. Cannot come back to pick it up because on holiday soon. They did not care. Very rude (used the f word O_O).

Handed in a slightly ripped white blouse to have it stitched. After picking up and getting it out of the wrapping I realized it had red colour all over it as if it had lied on a wet piece of cloth that coloured my shirt.
When running back to them 5 minutes later I seriously had to have a discussion of whether I really would have bothered bringing in a dirty shirt , on top of all for stitching and not for cleaning - so complete nonsense...

This dry cleaner is unreliable. I asked him to dry clean a couple of items and when I arrived in the shop he said it wasn't ready and asked me come back the next day. I explained I needed to where it the following evening and it still wasn't ready. When he did bring it they hadn't even cleaned it properly and there were still stains on the shirt.

Don't take anything you value to these people. They have ruined a very expensive dress of mine. They agreed to clean it in a separate load but put it in with a dark one, this resulted in stains appearing all over it, they attempted to remove these by washing it thereby cracking the material, this dress is now ruined. They refuse to compensate me and in addition to this after telling me they had attempted to remove the marks the owner now tells me that he has not seen the item before.

I agree with the person above, this is a really good dry cleaner and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new dry cleaner or anyone who is`nt too happy with their current dry cleaner

Friendly and helpful. A proper neighbourhood cleaner unlike the rest who are impersonal chain franchises. They remember orders and follow up. While they may take a day longer than some, they are reliable and stick to their deadlines.
