Prestige Dry Cleaners

Have just taken my shirts back to be ironed for a third time. They use a machine which has managed to iron wrinkles in and around the collar. It's very shoddy overall. The person who I raised this with was argumentative and rude. They said it's on the terms and conditions (which aren't available and weren't offered to me) that they use a machine to iron rather than an actual iron.
Must be said that one of the two customer service reps there was very nice and clearly understood how bad the shirts looked.
I'd strongly suggest getting your ironing done elsewhere.

Lost an expensive jumper and giving me the brush off. 3 weeks and despite me leaving my number and being told one of the owners will ring, no-one has, and its always "tomorrow"..."come back tomorrow".."someone will call you"...

Rude staff. Tried to pay for dry cleaning and, as their payment systems were broken, I could not pay. Was not allowed to take shirts and pay (repeat customer for years) later despite urgently needing them. My repeat business will now go elsewhere

Have been using for past two years on a weekly basis for shirts. Never had a problem. Good service, always polite.

I have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful and polite and have never in a number of years had any complaints over the way my suits have been cleaned and pressed. Their service is reasonably priced and fast.

The dress came back and it still had ketchup stains on it so I put it in the washing machine myself and they came out. Disappointing service as I paid £17.99.

I took in a pair of jeans to be shortened in the leg requesting they were finished in the same way, imagine then my horror on collection to find that the hem had been folded up inside the leg then sewn in this position leaving an overlapping ledge!! the assistant then proceeded to be very rude and aggressive about what had been done insisting I'd agreed to it (never, who would?)then she and her boyfriend (not employed there)insisted I paid regardless, I felt I had no choice but when I offered a £20 note the woman shouted at me "what is this? I have no change, you must give me correct money!!

I travel to London from Canada on business several times a year, and stay close to Prestige, which I am happy to have found. Their prices are a fraction of what the hotel charges, and the service is excellent - fast, and shirts are always perfectly pressed.

The service here is excellent - as a cyclist, I regularly get my shirts done here and occasionally my suits. They are dependable, polite, and very forgiving of when I forget my collection receipt or turn up after they've closed the till.
