Barbican Tailoring

These two have altered half of my wardrobe - everything is always done perfectly, thoughtfully, in a timely way and if I need something altered further they're super helpful. Little businesses like this need to be supported and this one definitely deserves the custom. I will keep going back!

I will not recommend using the dry cleaning service. Barbican Tailoring ruined my long pleated silk Reiss skirt (the colour has faded, there are oil stain and white marks on my skirt which were not there and the pleats are flat after dry cleaned). Most horrifically, when I phoned back to state the value of the skirt, and it was the first time to be dry cleaned to reassure that I do hope them to resolve the poor condition of my skirt, the man said: "I will give you your money back, WHY DON'T YOU JUST SHUT YOUR MOUTH UP!"
This is not to any British customer service standard and rude indeed.
