Hi i would like to say that I am impressed with this cleaners as i had taken my trousers to another dry cleaners on island and it was not cleaned properly as this dry cleaners managed to get all the stains out which. the other place said was impossible to remove.
Definitely will be using them again.

TERRIBLE service - DO NOT & I repeat DO NOT go here. They ruined my jacket even after 6 attempts of trying to fix it, the lady shouted at me and gave me attitude, no forms of communication between staff and the manger were professionally made, I wasn't able to get the managers details either only attitude from the lady behind the desk! They ruined a £200 jacket which I'll never be able to wear again, no compensation was given. My rating would be zero but I couldn't submit this without a rating hence the 1.

I was really disappointed with the quality of service at this drycleaners. I think they need to put the customers first and try and help resolve issues

I also experienced unpleasant service in this dry cleaners. Not only that they lost my belt for my rain coat, the lady who works there raised her voice and said there never was any belt. I didn't get any compensation or anything from them, only unpleasant memories. Highly unprofessional. Now I'll go somewhere else.

The lady at this drycleaners is extremely rude and has an attitude for some strange reason!! Do not go here unless you want bad service and some completely unneccesary attitude from an impatient woman

I took my coats for dry cleaning at this Dry Cleaners, however on collection 2 of them appeared to have not been cleaned. When I showed the lady the condition of the coats, she raised her voice, became aggressive and & said ' What do you expect if you pay £8.50/coat , do you expect someone to stand and brush your coat for half an hour?'. I thought this was completely out of line. This is not fair to treat

I have brung my new boots to put rubber sole. When I came to collect them I saw scratches on the leather and they were folded! Now my shoes look like I have already worn them for long time. After complaint, lady, who is working there, was quite rude and refused to give me any contact details of the manager. The shoes cost £700.
