I wont be using with dry cleaners again!! Overly expensive , Terrible service and didn't bother to do their job properly....i paid £21.50 for a wash and repair on m y daughter's school blazer...they couldn't even be bothered to wash the blazer it self....there were stains and marks on it and the only pro in the situation was that it was sewn decently...for the price I paid I expected much more which is a disappointment because they seemed like quite a good place.

Very disappointed with their services, I gave my coat for dry cleaning and at home I spotted that it has not been cleaned properly. When I went back the manager told me it has been cleaned and they do not take responsibility for anything once you take away from the shop. I really regret for not checking the coat while in the shop. it was a waste of money and they were not helpful in fact very obrupt and rude. Please check twice your clothes before you take it home! Very unpleasant and unprofessional.

My wife just paid £92 for 6 dresses and a jacket - I phoned Johnsons on Church Road in Wimbledon and they quoted £61...big difference when Dry Cleaning at the end of the day is just that...Dry Cleaning...unless Du Cane can tell me otherwise I will make sure my wife goes somewhere else in future!!!!

We try our up most to keep our customers happy and this includes a regular price competitor check. We pride our selves on our quality of dry cleaning and this most certainly is not "just dry cleaning at the end of the day" please feel free to pop into or call our Wimbledon branch to get a free demonstration as to what is actually involved in this process, I have been in this business for 30 years and have truly looked after my customers requirements from a broken button to an emergency wedding dress clean on the day of the actual wedding and have a great customer service reputation. So for those of you who require that extra special service please pop in.

Du Cane closed their shop on Egerton Terrace (Knightsbridge) in the middle of the night, and absconded with all of the customer's clothes. They literally screwed their customers out of tens-of-thousands, if not hundreds-of-thousands worth of clothing. They said they would deliver the clothes to the Knightsbridge customers but failed to amke good on that promise. Du Cane's actions are criminal, in my view, and I will be bringing a lawsuit if they continue to avoid this situation.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we closed this shop, we did not abscond in the middle of the night and left a very clear notice explaining that we would personally deliver any customers cleaning to their home adders or it could be picked up from one of our shops of their choice which I believe we did do. We aim to please all our customers but with all the will in the world we all know we can not please everyone all of the time. We pride our selves on our good customer service and do our up most to go above and beyond so please feel free to pop into one of our branches for a good reliable professional service, from dry cleaning, laundry, suede and leather, handbag repairs, fittings, and much more including a personal drop and go service.

My experience with these dry cleaners was disappointing. I had a coat done and brought it back as it still shown the same marks and dirt. Worst still was the customer service, unfriendly, if not aggressive. Coat done again, still a botched job. Poor quality dry cleaning, very poor customer service.

Good professional service and the cleaned items exhibited a high quality care. I like the new Shop layout and glad they have onsite tailoring service.
