Dry Centre

Used them to lean my cats very disappointed first two coats were stained. Puffer jacket was no longer a puffer jacket.

I would never recommend , please avoid them awful dry cleaning service

They stained my McQueen jacket with black ink.
I showed the owner pictures of the jacket before & after they dry cleaned it, highlighting the stain.
The owner refused to take responsibility for their mistake.
He hasn’t even apologised, he tried to blame me & has avoided my calls, messages & attendance at the dry cleaners.
This dry cleaner will distort your clothes, then blame you & will not take any responsibilities for it.
Avoid, avoid, AVOID!!!

AVOID!! I had a terrible experience here this week. I took my coat to be cleaned on Friday. I was told by the owner my coat would be ready by Tuesday and would cost £15. I went on Wednesday morning to collect it and there was a lady working there who couldn’t find my coat so told me that means it probably hasn’t been cleaned. She said to come back tomorrow. I went in on Thursday morning and she said here’s your coat but we couldn’t get the stain out. She held up my coat to show me and there was a new stain on the front that they had made. I told her that wasn’t there when I brought my coat in. She said rudely “well do you want to take it or not?” I said obviously not as I can’t wear a coat with a big stain on the front! She said okay when the owner comes in he can wash it again. I said can you call me when its ready and I’ll come back. No call. So I phoned and she told me the owner never turned up for work and to try back tomorrow. I went in the next morning and she said the owner still hasn’t come in to work. But she tried to get the stain out. She held up my coat and there was an even bigger water stain all across the front. I was so upset. I have come in 3 days in a row...got my coat 3 days late and it still wasn’t cleaned! In fact it was worse then when I brought it in. I will never have anything cleaned here again. I am following up a formal complaint and reimbursement for ruining my coat.

I have been using Drycentre for 3 years and never had any problems with there service or staff, very pro and dedicated to there customers I just thought I say what is the truth, my girlfriend is also happy with there service and we can recommend them to anyone without having to worry.

I have used this dry cleaners for years but am really annoyed at the service I received when I took my wedding dress to be cleaned. I paid £99 an it was a complete waste of money as I had to go somewhere else to get it recleaned. Didn't use silk cleaner, not dried properly and scrunched up in bag!

Avoid the Dry Centre at all costs!!They BURNT and ruined my dress I took in to be dry-cleaned and offered no apologies! I insisted on a refund, they said they'd try and re-make the dress first in March and it's now November and they still haven't delivered it!!!!
I've had to give them my address a dozen times because of consistent 'system failures' (loss of details more like) they NEVER call back when they say them will. It's been a complete head-ache to sort out and I keep having to chase them up and all they offer is excuses and blame their colleagues.
TERRIBLE!!!
The Dry Centre is a shambles and staff are incompetent-AVOID!!!
