Dry Cleaning

I am grossly unhappy with the way I was treated. The guy there snarled at me, as though it was MY fault. He remembered that I told him the stain was toothpaste or chinese food. Yet, he wouldn't remember to tell me on collection that they failed to remove the stain. Telling me he dry cleaned it 4 times. Then the manager saying that they are a legitimate business and did what they were supposed to do, which they didn't! I told him I wasn't happy, and their reaction was to just get me to leave, and charge me £12.50. All they did was go over the stain with a black marker pen! Really!!

It is a shame as this dry cleaners is very close to me and the service they provide is very good and I have not been disappointed with my dry cleaning. There is just a member of staff there, a short man with glasses who, whenever I come in, is incredibly rude whereas all the other staff there are very nice and helpful. I do not know why his attitude is like this, to be completely honest, but for that reason, I will not be using this dry cleaners again unfortunately.
