Hey,
Great service, turnaround time has been absolutely wonderful...I can't believe when I drop off a suit at 11 and was ready for collection at 4...price is very economical and excellent customer service.

Hi,
I have been using elifs dry cleaners from the time I moved to London from Germany that would be six years. I have never washed a single piece of cloth by myself. I have never had any complaints about my clothes with this dry cleaner. I am very precise in what I want with my dry cleaner or other service provider. I don't think there service is extra-ordinary but there service has been very good apart from minor problems with delivery.

Customer service has been very good an the only reason for that is there is only one guy working at this place. He knows most of the customer. I dont carry my tickets so many times but customer advisor helps me find my clothes.

I would say its convenient, friendly and customer service is great.

Thanks!

I've been living throughout Europe, and this is the worst dry cleaner I've ever left my laundry at, but I know that I speak for my colleagues as well. Instead of ironing your shirts this shop "presses" them in a mangle with the result that buttons pulverise and frequently need to be changed.

I have also had a shirt returned with a big ripped hole in the upper arm.

A colleague of mine had her skirt returned with big, visible holes from where they had nailed it up.

Last week when once again I got my shirts returned with broken buttons and complained about it I was insulted and yelled at and told that if the service wasn't satisfactory I could take my clothes somewhere else.

To be honest, the only reason I kept leaving my clothes there was due to the shops convenient location just below the office, but I have since sourced a different dry cleaner that doesn't ruin the clothes and that has a good customer service (which one might consider should be the least to ask from any dry cleaner).

I used this dry cleaner for about 2 years, occassionally for trousers and the odd alteration. The trousers were fine for a while, the alterations were a disaster. I had a skirt made smaller at the waist but they didn't adjust the rest of the skirt so it looked like i had an airbag at either side of my hips (I am quite small so this was very noticeable!), and when I had a pair of jeans shortened they made one leg an inch shorter than the other. Apart from these mishaps service was always very friendly and whenever I returned something i wasn't happy with it was fixed and collected at a later date. This week I collected a pair of trousers and when i got home I noticed that although the trousers had been pressed, the inside leg was still very creased. They looked like they needed to be ironed! I went back and pointed this out, and was given a refund, but the man basically said i shouldn't use their service anymore. Fair enough. He said no other customers had complained, and that made me feel that he thought I had no valid reason to be unhappy with the service. Well who wouldn't complain about trousers with one short leg and one long leg?

Service is usually friendly, maybe he was having an off day. The actual dry cleaning and alterations service provided varies from time to time and the end result is not reliable.

I had a terrible experience with this dry cleaner. They lost my dress costing 200 which had been worn once. Then after months of ringing them for compensation, they finally offered me 50 and a voucher for more dry cleaning. I would not trust them with anything further. I sent them letters and finally took them to the cleaners themselves via the small claims court. I won my case and they finally compensated me for both the dress and they had to pay court fees as well. It took me 5 months to get this result but it was worth it.
They have a shop in Kennington which is owned by the same person - a Mr Malik - and I would stay away from any of their shops. They were terribly rude and did not care that they had caused me upset.
Have your say
