Standars tailoring at EXTORTION prices! Took a dress with spaghetti straps and a jumpsuit for the straps just to be taken in a couple of inches, they charged £17.50!!! PER ITEM!
When I took the items in was told I would get a call the next morning tonne told if this could be done in 3 days and the price.
Price was NEVER given to me prior to this! Had they told me they were going to charge what they did I would not have been stupid to pay that amount of money for such a simple job!
Feel absolutely robbed, and disgraced that they can charge this amount of money for something so simple.
Won't be coming back here and will be telling family and friends of where they can go for same service at 1/4 of the price!
