Awful. Left a suit with them - they lost the trousers. Refused to acknowledge their error, or offer to pay for replacement. At one point even refused to let me talk to manager. AVOID AT ALL COST. Dreadful, Dreadful, Dreadful.

Dropped in suit was told 7.99 to get cleaned. Didn’t notice tie at bottom of bag,so when I went to pick suit up was given bill of 11.98 and was told I had a choice eitherleave the tie with them or pay for it. Not a way to do business. Sorry but will not be using again
