Absolutely horrendous customer service. Left £350 out of pocket for a company that ruined a coat and then refused to do anything to help fix I, disgusting behavior. Never coming back again.

Have moved now to dollis hill but still go
To west hampstead just for my dry cleaning. They always have fantastic warm, helpful staff and their cleaning service is magnificent.

I've used this cleaning service many times and have always been thrilled with their results, especially in getting stains out of a special outfit. But recently used their alteration service too and will never use another company again. Unless I move to the moon. Amazing service, great customer communications. All round fabulous.

Very disappointing in the way I was treated by this place. Took my suit for dry cleaning & picked it up the following week.I noticed there was still confetti from the wedding I wore it at on the coat, and then I noticed some marks on the trousers and a pristine receipt in the pocket. It was clear it hadn't been cleaned. I took it back immediately to the shop,but the staff member told me it was dirty because I wore it again in the 20mins since I was last there and refused a refund or re-clean. I was totally shocked at this treatment and recommend you use one of the many other places in town.

I gave my precious wedding dress to Madame George to clean and to put in a storage box. All the stains came out perfectly and the storage box was very pretty. I am extremely happy with their service and can highly recommend them.

I have been using these drycleaners for several years now. I always take my work suits and shirts there for cleaning. The service is very professional and my items have always been ready for collection on time. I would definitely recommend them.

They are great!
I am using them from june 2012, and I live in kilburn and I will never trust anyone else whith my suits or shirts!
The staff is so nice and helpfull, I don't belive other people that say that Madame George did damage their items or other bad things.
I like them and I've got to know them, and I can tell you, if they do a mistake indeed they know how to make me happy again.
Good job guys, and don't listen to those bad people.

I brought a dress in for tailoring and was told I needed to come back for a fitting. When I did, the dress had a big stain right at the front!No apologies, and I had to insist they removed the stain. I didn't risk having it shortened. I will not be coming back.

I gave these people a brand new Zegna shirt of burgundy satin sheen, to dry clean. I was horrified to see its collar ruined by a naked iron over they had given it. The result was the shiny marks all around the edges. Its collar now looks visibly shabbier than the rest of the shirt. Amateurs.

I had a terrible experience with these drycleaners. I gave them a nearly new silk dress and they gave me back one with highly visible streak and puncture marks on the sleeves and shiny markings all over the dress. When I went back to complain they showed me a tag which said the dress was stained and damaged. When I explained, that I could see that it was damaged and it was evident that the dress had somehow been caught up in their machine or damaged by the drycleaning process, they shrugged their shoulders. Repeated complaints to the website and requests for the manager to call me were ignored. It became clear that my only recourse was to take them to court or to never go there again and warn anybody who might listen. I chose the latter.
