While the staff are friendly and the shirt service is good they have now ruined silk shirts, skirts and trousers without compensation. I would not recommend this firm of drycleaners to anyone.

Comments have been noted and apologies if you felt the resolution was unsatisfactory, however it had been explained that silk garments exposed to antiperspirants under the arms become affected and degenerate with cleaning and mechanical action. Your disatisfaction of this response, was dealt with by way of full compensation for the garment, and an offer of free dry cleaning as a gesture of goodwill. I fully understand if you have lost confidence, and apologise if you feel we had let you down.(
