Used the service wash. Very expensive and out of a small load of laundry they lost 3 very nice women's shirts, a man's pair of trousers and shorts. No apology, no refund. Still had to pay full price to get the remaining clothes back. The explanation-- sometimes things get left in the top of the dryer and we don't see the item. Don't use this laundry, there are others nearby.
