The men's shirt service: I presume the shirts are sent it for laundering and pressing. The shirts regularly come back with broken buttons. Whoever does the pressing and breaks the buttons, should replace them there and then....not return them to the customer in an unfit to wear condition.
Apart from this, the staff at the shop are charming and helpful and do a good job with clothes.

2 dresses I urgently needed, perfectly cleaned and ready within 6 hours on a Saturday- they provided a great service and were really helpful as was worried about the delicate materials.
