Have used this dry cleaner a few times. It's convenient. I have never been convinced about the quality of the cleaning, but this last time two ties came back with marks on them almost as bad as when they went in, even though these were carefully identified when I handed them in. Maybe there was some problem they couldn't solve, but they certainly didn't say so; just took my money. Almost worse, though (and I'm sorry to have to say this but it is highly relevant to a business whose business is cleaning) the guy who manages the place at the moment has bad body odour, even over the usual dry cleaning chemical smells. It's a small space and you really don't want to go in there. Seriously off-putting.
