You pay for what you get: ok cleaning, average ironing. It seems that the rest (professionalism, cleanliness of the premises, politeness of the owner, respect of deadlines, commercial behaviour) is an option. Plus the owner can get very abusive on the phone and shut it down in anger even when he's wrong.

One of the worst service I've ever received.
The laundry took more than 5 days to arrive, they were supposed to iron my shirts and despite the fact that I paid for it upon inspection i found out they were definitely not ironed and were not 100 present dry. I should have checked but they were wrapped in plastic and I was in a hurry to get the laundry back.
There were a jacket left out and because I have allready paid for the laundry they are asking me to collect it and refusing to deliver it.
I am never going to use this unprofessional service again, And do not recommend anyone else to.

Despite the neg review, cost is king - so I went with the cheapest option in my area. I had a coat repaired and silk jacket cleaned. The repair was excellent and they managed to get a stain out of the jacket that other cleaners couldn't. Great value. Was ready when they said it would be too.

My wedding gown was badly stained and needed repairing. They did a fantastic job. They're the absolute best.

Had an awful experience with this dry cleaners. The guy running the place offered a 20% discount when I called in. When I brought clothes in he said the advertised prices on the wall were already discounted by 20%.

The main problem though was that it took longer than 4 days to get my stuff back despite phone calls and dropping in. I had a wedding to go to on the Saturday and had to wait an extra hour for my suit when I called in to collect it that afternoon. Very stressful!! The 4 of the shirts they cleaned had either black marks on them/ were not cleaned properly.

Not only that but they broke the button on an expensive Calvin Klein suit (for the wedding). Later when I brought it back to them, they sewed it back on in the wrong place so the suit doesn't fit well now.


Most things had to be cleaned twice. After visits to get all my ten or so pieces back I had become so exasparated with all their mess ups that I hadn't the energy to complain.

Avoid like the plague. I was tempted by it's lower prices but its not worth it for the hassle!

I took an evening gown to Bubbles and it was done beautifully on the same day. They also deliver and collect which is great. Top service. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

i took a suit to bubble dry cleaners, it was full of wine stains and currie stains. The suit was cleaned to perfection and all stains were removed, it was also packaged and the creases in my trousers were good. My suit was dry cleaned to a high quality and i will definetly go back there to get my other clothes dry cleaned. Best in London

I'm delighted with the service I received from Bubbles. I used them as I live in the area and saw the previous review. Very friendly, I took in two jackets to be cleaned and they were ready the very same day. I'm delighted to add another 10/10 review as the service was excellent.

I took a faux fur coat to be cleaned and a hook and eye to be sewn on. The previous Dry Cleaner had put a faulty black pop-up on, on a pure white coat! Mr Souleyman did a great job. I now have a snowy white coat with a proper white hook and eye. Best dry cleaner; punctual, does a great job and is so friendly. I would recommend him as the best dry cleaner I've encountered in London.
