Expensive and terrible customer service. I have been a customer at this dry cleaner's for a year (because of location) and the staff always approached me in such a rude and blunt manner. Recently I took two pairs of trousers to get tailored (pre-paying £28.00) and they lost them, and now trying to claim that they have never seen them! I have never received such bad customer service in any other business, and I am deeply upset! STAY AWAY
