The Kleen Machine

My experience of The Kleen Machine is they take your money even when no work has been done due to cancellation. Top tip at a minimum, never give any money up front.

I have been going to Kleen machine for some years now. I never had a problem with anything. I had my things dry cleaned, steamed and repaired. Not once any of the staff were rude or unhelpful. On the contrary I am always greeted with a big smile and politeness. Tried to go elsewhere a couple of times when the Kleen machine couldn't help during their busy time.I ended with such poor service that I was grateful to be back.

The lovely Hungarian lady who runs the Kleen Machine is the best. She is so friendly and always has a smile for everyone. She tells you exactly when your items will be ready and they always are. Great service with a smile.

This service is poor. I left items on Friday before bank holiday weekend. I need them for Thursday for important meetings and am leaving town for the meetings on Wednesday PM. When I dropped off the items I had a long conversation with the man. I explicitly explained I needed the clothes by Wednesday AM at the latest. I repeated this several times. He promised me they would be ready. I just went to collect Wednesday PM and they are not ready. Response from server in shop "well you didn't place the order with me so not my fault." The shop can improve by keeping to its time commitments

The worst place to dry clean any garment. On few occasions I was disappointed by how they press my shirts but never really had time to complain as...it was often work gear and always on the go.
But when I finally did complain as i was collecting another bunch of silk trousers and shirts which were also not pressed and a shirt and trousers actually damaged I was faced by an assistant who was too busy talking to her boyfriend and had me wait few minutes only to tell me she cannot help and I should email mangers then decided to be extremely rude. Overall terrible terrible service.
