Be careful handing over your things to these people.

We changed our usual dry cleaners due to parking restrictions in Crouch End.

I work privately for a family and we were having all of the sheets laundered each week, dry cleaning for 2 households and other general items.

I noticed immediately that buttons were coming off, of sheets and when I made a remark about this, they were quick to blame my previous dry cleaner. They were actually quite rude. I should of taken my business elsewhere there and then.

I went on to have an expensive bed spread cleaned by them. I gave detailed instructions on how to clean it. (My previous dry cleaner, cleaned it without any problems).

I was dismayed when I got it home and opened it and clearly there was a huge problem, as the filling had split right down the middle. I cannot believe they had just folded it up without mentioning it upon collection. Were they hoping, I would not notice?

I took it back and he said he was going to rectify the fault. He also stated he would be calling me on Saturday (he didn't). Then I called back and spoke to the Father and he was incredibly rude and hung up the phone. He said he had given the son my phone number as apparently he had lost it. He still has not returned my call and I have to wait until Monday (to speak with him) as he won't be around for the whole weekend. It's been almost 2 weeks and still I have had to chase this business, for an explanation. They have not given me an explanation and the customer service is the poorest I have ever encountered. The Father (who claims it's "not his business" he's just "helping out the son") Has slammed down the phone repeatedly because I have pressed for news about my garment. If you are like myself, incredibly busy and would like to know your things are in safe hands without chasing people, then this is not the dry cleaners for you! It's a shame as we spent a lot of money with these people and this is the way we have been t
