Do not go here!! They put a hole at the bottom of my suit trousers when altering them and tried to cover it up by taking the leg up too far. Wouldn't rectify, were incredibly rude and don't even think about asking the owner for a refund of his 'professional services' after he ruins your expensive clothes. He saw red when I explained it was the appropriate thing to do and told me to sue him. Nasty piece of work.

I use to live in queens park before I moved to USA, I still bring my expensive garments to clean when I visit London for my work.. I highly recommending you. I even ask to open in USA. Service is very quick, reliable and very friendly. Pls try once.

Avoid this place! They ruined my favourite dress and charged me £25 for the privilege after telling me they are 99% sure with will be fine & not to worry.

I have used this dry cleaner about fifteen times and the service is very quick and adequate.
I have issues however with the sevice and pricing. Once, I went in to ask whether they clean suede. The main person there didn't know I was a regular customer (he never recognises me) and just barked that no, they do not clean suede. Not a smile, nothing. Not a good way to treat customers...

I was stupid enough to go back, as I am a creature of habit. As I had so many items, I asked whether they did discounts in that case (some places do). The staff member pretended to think, counted it up and quoted me a price which I accepted on trust. I later realised that he had charged me £12.00 than any other place would! Even allowing £10.00 for coats (which neighbouring places do it for £8.00 to £9.00), his quote was massively overpriced. Not sure what he is playing at but he has definitely lost my custom after this!
I do not like opaque pricing, and he was extremely vague when I asked for a breakdown, as though I was lacking in taste for asking the price of things. This has been a constant theme while I was using them. I was never told what my bill would be, and always was a bit surprised at how high it was, but have always paid without questioning them. I now will go somewhere else where prices are shown clearly and there are no nasty surprises.

Great, friendly and professional service. I have used the regularly for trousers and suits without any problems. Prices reasonable. Open early so you can collect before work too.
