I work for an airline and deposited 2 items of clothing with this dry cleaners before going to work at Heathrow. Four days later I returned to collect the items and only one item was there. They claimed to have only received ONE item from me! As the other reviewers have stated the Eastern European staff are very rude and indifferent. I can not recommend this dry cleaner at all.

*WORST laundry ever!! Over prices, very rude. No care for your clothes. Terrible service. They loose your clothes and dont admit it. RIP OFF DEALS. DONT GO THERE!!

Probably the worst thing a dry cleaning company can do is to lose the clothes you put in to have cleaned.
Shirt Stream in Hammersmith did just that. And did not admit it until I demanded an explanation as to why my jacket was not back in my possession two days after it was supposed to be, and why nobody had phoned me to tell me what was happening as promised.
Absolutely terrible - do not use Shirt Stream if you value the clothing you are having cleaned.
