Spots Dry Cleaners

Hi. Just wanted to let you know that having been a customer of Spots for over ten years I have found their service to be faultless - very personable, always timely and excellent quality. I always take my dry cleaning to them, even though they are not the closest to me. So do recommend them to you.

I lived on Upoer Street for over 9 years and experienced excellent service from Spots. My dry cleaning was always completed to a high standard and ready on time. I moved 4 miles away a number of years ago, however, I always take our delicate and specialist items back to Spots. When I got married, the manager, and may I say, very good friend, laundered our wedding outfits, free of charge! I always return to Spots if I have items which need specialist cleaning. If we lived closer I would be using their service now.

Was a loyal customer here for about a year. I recently had an important event to attend and requested that my shirts be laundered for a specific time. I showed up at that specific time and they weren’t ready. The cashier accused me of lying and refused to accept they had made a mistake. No discount. I then requested them to deliver my laundry as I could not pick it up any time for weeks after when I had originally intended to. They said no and whilst I was on the phone I could hear the staff insulting me in the background. Will not use again and will try the American Dry Cleaners nextdoor.
