Really poor service... I gave 5 shirts to be ironed at £1.30 a piece. I picked them up just before the place shut and assumed they were fine. When I came home I realised that they had barely been ironed (and I do not have very high standards). Seriously, a three-year old can do better ironing. Incredibly incompetent work. I feel very stupid to have paid the money now.

I put a brand new pair of trousers in for a simple alterations - i asked to have 6cm removed and when I collected them it looked more like 6 inches. The garment is completely ruined.

When I went to discuss this with the owner/manager he was very rude and said that I was wrong and that it did not matter as they did not need my custom.

He relented enough to return £5 of the £10 I paid him but I have still lost a lot of money on the garment and experienced the worst customer service I have ever come across.

Avoid at all costs!

I live nearby and brought my Hugo Boss suit there and got it back damaged. They dry clean suites too hot so I would highly recommend to look for another place or only bring items that you would not mind trashing. Its cheap but you get what you are paying for. I wish I hab known this before. Well, you are always smarter afterwords....
