Terrible. Waited 3 weeks for a designer coat lining to be replaced and it was the wrong colour, wonky stitching, pocket not done. Chap blamed it on me for not paying for a more professional service (!!!) when he was the one who gave me the quote. AVOID.

Very very expensive - £40 for 2 items! And they charged more because my coat was a designed brand...horrified to be honest!

Used this cleaner weekly, twice ruined clothes and when I calmly brought this to his attention, he not only accepted no responsibility, was proactively aggressive about it on both occasions. Not a nice way to treat a regular customer. First time we gave him benefit of the doubt, second time we realised he's just a nasty piece of work.
