We have used Bobo's Bubbles in the Cromwell Road for several years. The women, whether from Asia, Eastern Europe or anywhere else, are unfailingly polite and helpful, and I cannot recognise what other customers have said about them as in any way what we have experienced. I am about to go there now !

The east europian lady is lazy, mean and impolite. I went for the service wash but she asked me to do it myself as she was busy. Another time, she said the tumble dry was broken. Im not sure if the owner will get a chance to read this message but i want you to know that she should get fired. The way she talked to customers was not polite and kept complaining to customes. I know its just a budget washing service but at least talk nice.
I recommend washing shops on earls court road and kenway road.

There are better laundrettes a walk around the block rather use them. I did my washing in the first machine to your right at the door put my GBP5 in about a cup of water came running into the machine it swished for all of 3 min drained went on to spin when I opened the door after the load was complete maximum of 4 minutes 90% of the washing was still dry. I complained to the Chinese lady at the counter and asked her to please come and have a look. She said its not her responsibility and refused to assist and said I must look before I load and she cannot help I must be responsible.

I would honestly rather wash my clothes in the Thames than ever go back there. I have been to 12 countries and this establishment offered the WORST service I've ever encountered. The attendants claim no accountability when their machines are broken, and even laughed at me when my washer was broken that they told me was fine. All of the machines I used were broken. I exchanged change 4 times with the attendant, used the machine closest to her and followed her instructions but had to put triple the money she said I'd need. She also claimed that she "didn't see me insert the coins". What a lie!
I also got 2ND DEGREE BURN BLISTERS all over my fingers from Dryer 4 just by touching a cotton shirt. When I told the attendant, she said "Dryer 4 is hot."
PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! You are asking for a terrible day by washing your clothes there.

The cleaning services are reasonable fine, but the customer service is not good at all. When you arrive for any service, the way they treat you makes you feel like you are doing something wrong by requesting a service (for which you will pay, of course - that is supposed to be their business).
Sometimes, especially if you go late in the night, they do not even say hi to you and they seem not to like you are there.
I suggest that either they put everything as "self-service" (no human interaction), or they put proper customer service people who know how to treat their customers. Otherwise, I do not see the business will last long.
I hope this information and suggestions help to improve the service for everyone. Thanks
