Esquire Cleaning

The team at Esquire did a fabulous job with modifying my curtains. The design of my two pairs of curtains needed shortening, pattern matching and joining; the outcome was superb, very professional, couldn't recommend highly enough thank you.

Purchased 5 pairs of d squared jeans for bank holiday weekend and needed them all taken in and shortened I arrived at 3 pm and asked please can you complete this task he worked very hard and at 6:30 all 5 pieces where done for a very reasonable price

When I googled the shop number I was shocked to see 1 or 2 cheeky comments on the reviews so I thought I would personally write a review

Great guy! I use this repair shop every time I arrive from the states. The services is second to none and super cheap prices too, so I'm surprised at the bad reviews here. I had to leave the UK only 3 days later and the guy was super professional in getting the repair done on time. I often find customer service in the UK to be lacking in comparison to the states and i normally don't write reviews but i'm leaving this because its changed my perception of UK customer service. Very friendly shoe repair guy lots of laughs. Keep it up

I have used the dry cleaning service and shoe repair at Esquire three times over the last year as my business is based locally on Lonsdale Road and I have found the experience inconsistent and somewhat lacking in professionalism every time.
I do feel local businesses deserve second and even third chances as I own one myself and I realise everyone has occasional "bad days" but the sheer lack of care and attention here is absolutely astounding.
The staff do not listen to your requests properly and then act hysterically, shout over you and use abusive language when you try to communicate an issue or request a refund for a half-baked repair job.
A local friend had a very similar experience recently so bad service is clearly is the norm and not an exception here.
Frankly shocked at the fact that they are still in business in our local community!

Absolutely shocking service at Esquire.
The owner of the shoe repair store either completely ignores you or is vicious and verbally abusive if you dare point out that a repair is incomplete.
The "collection date" means absolutely nothing to them - the items are handled carelessly, are rarely ready by the agreed date and the work is consequently very rushed.
The customer service here is beyond apalling and it is a completely unprofessional "business" in every way.

Very friendly, reliable service. Fantastic shoe repairs. Great clothes repairs. Dry cleaning can be delivered to your home. Thank you Esquire!

Sorry but I found this place to be overpriced, they didn't do a very good job an the service is atrocious.
