Worst service ever !!! I brought nice leather shoes only that the soles were worn. Asked to replace the soles. The new soles are fine but the leather is completely worn and the shoe is bend like a banana. Also the is glue appearing all around the shoe !! So bad !! I am disgusted !!

I took my recently deceased dads watch in with crack to glass. Returned with new glass, looks great but no longer works! Complained, informed that I probably brought it in broken. Shockingly rude service. Sentimental watch ruined. Would not recommend.

A shining example of not offering customer service because their location means they will always get heaps of business. I cannot recommend a place that repaired my shoe which then broke immediately and they wanted to charge me again! Very disappointing service, and my sandal is still broken.....
