Royal Deluxe Dry Cleaners

I have been a loyal customer for a number of years but recent experiences have been truly awful. I send items in for cleaning or repair and clearly specify when I need them back but when I go back they are never ready. I'm then told it will be ready the next day, they've even offered to make a special delivery to my house. Needless to say I am still waiting. Very very disappointing, will never use again.

I have used this dry cleaner for a number of years. Generally the dry cleaning is good and timely. The repairs are variable in quality. However twice now I have had garments where they have spoiled the clothing, once trying to get out a mark and in doing so taking out the colour around the mark. The second time they soiled an expensive garment and on trying to remove the stain bleached out the surrounding area without removing the stain. Therefore if you have clothing about which you care then I would have it done at a more professional service.

dont use this place for repairs! they told me they would have a job done in 3 days. I went back a week later- my bag had been left under the counter and was covered in dust and hadnt been mended. Then i was told it would be done by the next day and it wasnt...again. They have lied to me every time I have gone in so I'm going elsewhere.
