H R Dry Cleaners

Customer service. Owner clearly has anger management problems. Was told they misplaced my dry cleaning, told to take in receipt of original purchase for compensation and when I did, they refused, owner became very very angry and verbally abusive. Avoid at all costs!

Me and my partner regularly use hr dry cleaners very reliable and professional service.

They can improve by telling the truth that they only iron there not dry clean. The man clearly has anger issues, very very rude. Not the way to go on running a business. Took a coat to be dry cleaned upon collection they pointed out there was a mark and they can't get out because it was the dye from my bag that rubbed off and can't come out. I took to another dry cleaner near by he said my coat had not been dry cleaned just pressed and given back to me, He could smell my after shave on my coat and also marks on the inside of my collar. I was advised to go back and get my money back. The man was incredibly rude and ordered me out of his shop and Slamming down a ten pound note. Only gave 1/10 because 0 isn't accepted

I took my jacket to be dry cleaned, when I picked it up I noticed that the collar had frayed, and the material was burnt in certain places. I told the owner who proceeded to shout abuse at me and was beyond insulting. His poor son was stood there looking mortified. I suggest that you go to any other dry cleaner, but keep clear of this one. The owner clearly had anger management issues. Not to mention the fact that they are overpriced and unprofessional, and don't really know how to clean specialist items. It's a shame as the owners wife and son are very nice, the man however needs to keep himself under control. I will not be stepping foot in this place again and I suggest no-one else does either.

Took 6 suits to be cleaned was told they would be £9 each, firstly was overcharged, then when I had to add it all up for the assistant myself was told can I give you a credit note for the refund as I don't have enough money in the till! I said absolutely no way as I wouldn't be coming back here again!

Enquired the price of dry cleaning a two piece suite over the phone. I was Quoted £9/00. I asked when it will be ready, the lady asked me the colour of the suit, which is charcoal grey. She said if you bring within half an hour it can be collected today after 5 pm. So, I droped it to the shop. When asked I told I can collect after 5 p.m. At the time of collection I was told that it is £10.00. I said I was quoted £9.00 over the phone. "Ya, but that was for next day service!" I was just speechless as they never mentioned that over phone or when I dropped the suit. Cheating in pricing!!!
