Ruined two of my best shirts. When asking for an explanation, the manager denied any responibility. Furthermore, I was met by extremely hostile and antagonising behaviour by members of staff. All were extremely rude and unprofessional. Staff will have to change its behaviour towards customers and adopt an honest attitude -- I am shocked and disappointed. The issue will be dealt with through legal means, as they left me with no other option.

Took a pair of Levis 501's for alteration as I always have trouble getting them to fit how I like them, took them on the Monday, got them back on the Wednesday and they look like they grew on me! Perfect!
