Durrant Cleaners

Brought my daughter's christening dress to be dry cleaned along with some of my husband's suits, and they lost it. We were devastated, but the real insult was that they not only did not offer us any compensation or a refund on the cleaning, but that they actually had the nerve to accuse us of never having brought it in. Completely outraged. We will never, ever go back there, nor will my friends and neighbours whom we've told. Soma Cleaners down the road is a much better option.
