Prime Dry Cleaners

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!This is honestly the worst dry cleaners I have ever used. They ruined an expensive item of clothing that required hand wash by putting it into a washing machine and when confronted they lied about what they done and said that's what the label states when it clearly states hand wash. I specifically asked them to hand wash my £150.00 hat as it was dusty, on return I realised that the hat structure has completely collapsed due to it being put in a washing machine. When I asked the man why he did that he replied i only followed the label and the hat was so dusty we thought the washing machine will help. He advised me to go to the shop where i bought the hat from and question the reason in which the hat is so bad after being in a washing machine. When i went to the shop they stated that it clearly shows on the label hand wash only! When i rang back the dry cleaner they changed their story and said that they never used the washing machine and only did as the label said hand wash!. A story they changed as recent as a few days ago. I have asked for my money back (£6.20) and a small compensation fee (£10.00) and they accused me of blackmail and they don't care about a review i would write?! I still haven't been able to get hold of the manager, i have been told he is to busy to deal with me and think that the situation is nonsense. Honestly, I'm not one to do reviews but in this case, i had to report this shambles of a dry cleaners. I please advise anybody to avoid PRIME DRY CLEANERS in Chelsea AT ALL COSTS. The men working there are rude and unprofessional and to top it off the people/person that do the cleaning are not even on site, as they haven't even got a washing machine in shop. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Prime Dry Cleaners Chelsea Manor Street. They are always very helpful and friendly and give me an excellent service. I enjoy going to see them as they are very nice and polite and we always have a joke and a laugh. Best Wishes, Jasper

ZD is an amazing helpful assistant . All through the Covid lock Down , he is so kind and helpful .
I have been so lucky to have him look after me when taking or collecting my dry cleaning .
