Quality Dry Cleaners

Having had an expensive pair of suit trousers ripped by them, I was messed about for weeks, before being told to fill in a complaints form. I heard nothing again for weeks, was unable to get hold of the actual owner who never answered his phone or returned any calls. I have not received any compensation and have been treated with nothing short of contempt by some of the rudest people I've ever come across. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this drycleaner!
