Penge Express Dry Cleaners

Packing up the car about to leave for a wedding and put my brand new Reiss dress in the boot only to discover black streaks down the green fabric. Took it to Penge Express desperate to get in cleaned on the same day. Has it dry cleaned and ready within 3 hours. Saviours!

Not only did they ruin my jacket ENTIRELY, what was once a navy blue jacket was faded with white marks everywhere! When i went to speak to them to ask them what happened, their immediate response was to be extremely rude and shout at me. They told me it was not their problem that the jacket is ruined and that their duty is 'to clean what we give them' . Apparently Blue jackets turn white after washing. And im meant to 'know this'. Very very careless, disrespectful. When i tried to explain myself they KICKED ME out saying they have no interest in what i have to say. Was very upsetting. If you want your stuff in good condition and good customer service DON'T go here.
