The best dry clean I ever seen. They are friendly. Very professional. I like tailor and the lady her name is gazel and the tailor is called taytiz..they are the best. And the beautiful helpful lady yesim is the best ever...she is there sonetines..Celal is very nice too.

They took my wedding dress to shorten it and I could see that man working in there was taking and dropping it just like some kind of cloth which rang my alarm bells, but I needed it done, so I left it.. When I took the dress home, I saw that the guy didn't cut tulle which we agreed he will cut, because there was little broken when I stepped on it. then inner layer of the dress was left longer than the outer in some parts, so kept coming out.. I didn't have time to go back to them, before the wedding, so had to sew it myself. Clearly he didn't care how he does his job, even it was for very special day (that is my wedding)! After the wedding I took my dress back to the place and asked to cut inner layer shorter, as it has to be at least little bit shorter and the guy started shouting that he just dry cleaned dress, but didn't cut. I thought it's a joke. Eventually they cut it for me, but not just a bit as I expected, but maybe 5 cm and broke my dress cover's zipper.

Took my jeans in to get altered , great customer service and very quick. Thank you so much will be returning. Highly recommended :)

Took my coat in and they tried to give it back to me without cleaning it, insisting it had been done but clearly with marks on.
I checked online and other customers have had similar problems!
