Blue Dragon Dry Cleaners

Very poor customer service - have used a branch of Blue Dragon for a couple of years but after the second garment that they have ruined, enough's enough. The first time, they blamed a manufacturing fault in the garment but eventually admitted they'd applied an inappropriate process & paid up. This time, they're blaming destroying a raincoat that's been dry cleaned many times previously on, guess what, manufacturing. Their failure to accept responsibility is frustrating, but their customer service and lack of response to recorded delivery letters is just plain rude & unacceptable. Steer clear if you value your clothes.
