The Richmond Valet

Damaged 3 expensive hoodies been a few weeks and no further forward now has given us a dodgy claim rude staff

I take my shirts and slacks to Richmond Valet each week. Unlike the place just up the street, my shirts are always clean when they are returned.

Prices are reasonable. I have never had a reason to complain, though I do wish that laundry was available a bit sooner.

I have used Richmond Valet on 3 different occasions and the service has been nothing but awful!
Their ironing has been rubbish.
They have lost 2 of my king sized feathered duvets! This alone begs belief, how can anyone lose 2 king sized duvets??

They have ruined 2 of my girlfriend's silk dresses with their dry cleaning - each dress was worth £200!! They are so incompetent that they are unable to follow simple instructions; they washed my dry clean only coat and ended up shrinking it.

I would advise you to only use Richmond Valet if you have low value goods which you are willing to throw away. But then again, if they were throw away items, you wouldn't want them cleaned would you??
