Use at your own risk. Recently collected 5 shirts, each of which had a small hole in the left sleeve in exactly the same place on each shirt. Clearly damage had been caused in transit, but they refused to accept any responsibility. Complete waste of time trying to talk to manager, he couldn't care less. After 9 weeks of chasing them, no phone calls returned, he told me "to wear a jacket to cover the hole". Eventually offered an insulting £6/shirt as a "gesture". Taking my business elsewhere. Use at your own risk.

I took in 2 cream sofa covers to be cleaned after spilling tomato soup all over them. I've just collected them and not a trace of a stain. Brilliant job for a reasonable price - thank you!

The worst Dry Cleaners I have ever been to. Marble Dry Cleaners really need to improve their customer service. My duvet cover came back more stained and dirty than when I left it with them. They didn't mention that they hadn't been able to clean it, they just charged me £15 and gave me the duvet cover wrapped up! I only noticed how bad it was when I got home and took it out of the bag. When I took it straight back to complain, they said they couldn't give me my money back because they had 'done their job'?? Terrible service, I will never go back.
