I've only used this drycleaner once but I would definitely not go back. I entrusted my favorite jacket to them for cleaning and it came back with all the color stripped from the buttons. The buttons were a significant design feature and there are over 20 of them so not easy or cheap to repair. I raised the problem with them and found the response far from satisfactory. They refused to take responsibility and said it was the manufacturers fault for not adequately testing the garment. The best they could offer was to sew on replacement buttons if I purchased a new set. I had had the jacket drycleaned elsewhere without any problem. Very very very unhappy.

I remember this well and the buttons on the coat were faulty. We might dry clean over 200,000 buttons each year without problem. But if a set of buttons are faulty and not suitable for cleaning (despite the care label wrongly stating that it is)~ they can melt or lose colour. Although the problem comes from the manufacturer we always offer to refund the cost of the new buttons and sew the buttons on for free cleaning. What more can we possibly do? why did she not take up our offer as we sympathise with the customer when this happens. BUT TO GO OUT OF HER WAY TO POST THIS IS VERY UNFAIR. [EDIT] We are regarded as one of the best dry cleaners in London and pride ourselves on our service.
