Algerian Consulate

i think it is the poorest service ever. They have no professionalism plus they are very rude and lazy. I advice they get training!!!

very good sevice they are realy profisional staff are very helpful,organised...it's for me it's 09 from 10

very bad service....they dont return phone calls, or faxes stamped address letters, all emails not anwered ,the phone service is A BIG ZERO..........

I remember very well that day in 1987 when my friend lost his pasport and went to the algerian consulate to ask for help so as to go back to algeria but no one wanted to receive us .
in addition to this ,we were badly treated by someone whose name is chabi.I don't know if he is still working there.
normally,the consulate or the embassy has to care of their citizenship when they are in need.

i have been trying to sort my visa out for algeria, i have been disappointed by the service i have been getting, the algerian consulate returned my document saying they want a invitiaion letter from algeria from my freind, this is not even mentioned on they website and they did not even tell me what and were my freind had to go to get the letter of invitiaion.

i tried to ring up teh consulate to get advise, they phone servise is worser then an poor country, it took me 6 hours to make contact and ethen someone told me how my freind can get the invitioan letter.

the algerian consulate is very dis organised and not very helpful

i advise people should to to morrocco or tunisa, they ahve better servises

I have been living in the UK for 30 years now and always remember the total indifference shown by numerous people working in the consulate as if the Agerian Consulate was their private property. However recently I have had to deal with the Consulate and (for whatever reason) found it to be extremely efficient courteous and helpfull. Very well done.
