i have used this company for car insurance since 1958 and have always been pleased with the services

Its hard to know where to start. I had my car insurance through this broker and it is probably the worst service I have ever had. They failed to send my renewal notice and left me uncovered and on top of that do not return calls or answer emails. Do they actually want customers? It seems not. I would avoid them at all costs, throroughly incompetent not to mention a rip off when my renewal did finally come through.
