I have just left this so called garage I asked if they would top up my electric card rudely told no then I asked where is the next one he then laughed I am 63 years old I needed to top up my electric not be laughed at I did call him a rude name. what sort of service is this

I am appauled at the degree of rudeness the most arrogant nasty horrid attitude of one paticular person that normally works as night staff,
Today fri 11-6-2021 he was changing shift behind his till as I went to pay for my goods he insulted me and both him and his colleague chuckling and laughing at his horrid comment towards me!
extremely rude I will be makeing an official complaint this is not the first time that this paticular person has done this.

I forgot my purse and only realised that after I fill my fuel tank full. I become distressed about that. Mr Maharajah helped me showing kindness, compassion, understanding and professionalism on the top of practical solution to allow me to pay without going back home to get card. Thank you.
