I’d give it NIL POINTS and even THAT’S too much!! I had a puncture earlier this evening and needed to put some more air in my tyre, so as I didn’t have any cash, went in& asked if he could let me buy something on my card& add an extra £1, but he was rude, ignorant and arrogant and just shrugged his shoulders saying - and repeating - WE DONT GIVE CASHBACK and walked away!! It was dark, cold, foggy and in that area I felt very vulnerable as a lone woman in trouble. NO Christmas spirit evident at THAT BP GARAGE!!

All the other negative statements were on the money. Attendant behind the counter is very rude and unwelcoming. Behaves like he’s doing you a favour by serving you! The shop is dark and dingy

should be 0 out of 10! rude and ignorant man working behind the counter should be sacked!! the whole shop stinks and it is dirty!! the place should be closed down and my review is not the only one confirming this. I wouldn't trust them either, use another station as this place doesn't deserve anyone's custom.
