Customer service in this place is practically laughable.. Walked in to get a piercing and a tattoo and the two ladies that worked there were just sitting on the sofas with their feet up on their phones, stood there for a good few minutes staring at them before they finally looked up and asked what I wanted. I’ve come back to the piercing lady a few times for piercings now but she can be really rude and I Feel uncomfortable coming in and don’t feel welcome at all, will go elsewhere from now on.

I went there to ask the staff about piercing. Found myself leaving the studio fuming. They were utterly rude and unhelpful. I would suggest the girls in the studio to go a course in service. Or just learn how to be polite. Would anyone ask me about this place I would recommend another piercing studio.
