We have used this cattery twice but won't ever again. For a weekend it was ok but in retrospect warning signs were present, they just didn't seem to take care over details. After a week my cats were hungry, nervous and toys and items I'd left so they would have familiar smells were missing. We won't ever use this cattery again.

Took two nervous rescue cats to this place when both my cat sitters were not available and will never take them back. Had a lovely email from someone who sounded like a real cat lover who assured me they'd take care of them and help them settle in since they were rescue and likely to be nervous.
Arrived to collect my cats first thing to find one of them stuck in their carrier already, whether he'd been in all night or about to be in all day I didn't know but they didn't know when I was arriving to take them home. The other was hiding on a beam at the very top of the cage with barely 10cm between the beam and the ceiling, and it appeared she'd been petrified and hiding up there for most of her 1 week stay.
