The staff genuinely care about the animals and Dermot is just an amazing vet and he is a softie when it comes to animals although he doesn't show it.

Dermot amputated my hamtster's leg when I had pennies in my pocket and he genuinely saved her life. Thank you so so so so much.

We had to put our beloved 16 year old Staffie to his final sleep, and everyone who was working felt our pain, and went out of their way to help us through this very Taunatic time . Thanks again . To you all

I can not praise and thank Manuel from the Canning Town branch enough for the fantastic and loving treatment of my fur baby Echo, Manuel performed a very complex operation on my dog and although he isn't out of the woods yet I'm sure he is in very safe hands and will make a full recovery. I would also like to thank Manuel for taking the time to explain every detail of Echo's problem and keeping me informed of everything he was doing.

there are no words to describe the gratitude I have for vet Dermot and the rest of the staff at Celia Hammond in Lewisham.They saved the life of my Dogue De Bordeaux Audrey by quickly diagnosing and treating a serious heart problem which my private vet had failed to pick up despite seeing her several times in the 2 years we have had her .Dermot was so thorough as well as explaining everything to us and we feel she could not have had better care anywhere.We know her condition is not curable but they are giving her fantastic treatment and keeping her well for as long as possible.

Celia Hammond are an amazing group of people, completely dedicated to their work. They only charge cost so are much cheaper than a normal vet, and probably better as well.
Just make sure you pay them (and give a bit extra on top if you can).
I can't praise them enough.
