As a person trying to find out what was available in her area, I wrongly assumed the "community" library was a good place to start....big mistake!
Customer service was shocking and rude and made me feel like I was something that should be wiped off his shoes rather than a human seeking information...shocking!!

Attract friendlier staff rather than the rude, irksome people that act with hostility towards others who do not know how the library is run.
Improve the bias towards young mothers and OAPs - it is a 'community' library, and this includes other members of the general public.
Understand that donations are voluntary, and how insulting it can be told to give a donation in order to "use [their] electricity".
Remember that it is a charity, not a business (yes, they are very different).
